This and That.....

How funny is this picture? I stole it from my sister (this makes up for all the clothes and such that of mine that she has collected over the years). Libby has had TERRIBLE stranger apprehension and seperation anxiety--she has even started being a little bashful when she is sleepy or not feeling well. Until she warms up that is. She has some exceptions to this--she loves Honey & Granddad as she spends a lot of time with them, and I get the feeling she runs the show when she's there??!! (Nobody puts THIS baby in a corner...she makes her presence known!) Libby hasn't seen "Sugar" since June but she went right to her and didn't cry once. I guess she knows who loves her! I was glad because I hate we have to go so long between visits. With our crazy work schedules here (Scott and I work opposite weekends and he works overnight!) and the distance between us--we sure do miss our Blonde Texans!

I read a quote "All Moms are working Moms" and once you have a 10 month old in your house, nothing else could be more true. We are ON THE MOVE!!! Libby went from backward crawling, to crawling all the sudden (but only for just a day or two), cruising. She has been pulling up for a while now, and she has put it in motion. I am not a fan. Those little legs wobble all over the place...and she is fearless! Libby is quick to turn loose of Mommy's hands but the minute her booty plops on the floor, she is tearful and wants Mommy to hold her--but just for a second. Ha!

We saw the fish, penguins, and seals at the Aquarium on vacation!

Oooooh Mommy! I see Nemo!!!

My Happy Halloween Hat! Libby was pretty un-phased by it. Mattie helped her put it back on when it fell off. Aren't they cute!?

Oh...Dear Lord....please let this tooth come in. The Rascal has been taking it's sweet time for the past 2 weeks. My Mommy says I'm not sleeping the same and she doesn't seemed thrilled to see me overnight.....At least I have this teething bunny.

I'm eating FOOD! I like my cheerios, and this blueberry muffin is pretty tasty. Most of the "healthy" stuff is just fun to squish in my fingers and feed to the dogs. Mommy says I need to get my act together so I don't miss out on Thanksgiving.

I had my 9 month pictures made with Miss Lisa and did SOOO good, we don't have those back yet though! Mommy and I had some Mommy & Me pictures made with her friend Miss Cassie and it was a lot of fun. I kept grinning really big at her cute little boy! Here's just one of the pictures.....

I can READ! Well, I try. I LOVE looking at (and chewing on) books. Mommy has her fingers crossed that I will develop a love of reading. She said we are gonna start having a regular "night-night" story time very soon and I'm so excited! I think she's waiting until I'm a little bigger and stop trying to rip the pages??

This was one of the first days when I started pulling up. I was so proud of myself. Mommy was proud, but I saw another look on her face....I think it was fear? She's been doing lot's of redecorating to celebrate! There are lots of plastic things in the wall outlets and she's moving the stools and coffee tables and all the pretty things that are on them. I guess life really does revolve around me here.
