My, My! What a difference!

Libby's last day of MDO was May 23rd. She's changed soooo much. Her hair was alot longer, but we opted for a cute little toddler bob in May. Turns out if I don't blow dry it, it's a cute curly little bob! ha. Anyways, she's changed and grown so much. She's an absolute doll in my eyes. She's happy, funny and loving. She adores her Honey and Papa, and puppy dog. She talks incessantly about her buddy Emsley--who hung the moon in her eyes. She throws in her MDO boyfriend from time to time, as well. She loves MILK and Dora Snacks. Loves to sing and dance. Libby tells us at every meal and bedtime that she wants to hold hands and "talk to Jesus" (I must be doing something right!). She loves outside and taking baths. Princess' RULE her world. Cinderlella, Snow Wipe and Sleeping Booty are IT!! (this makes me a little nutty, but she balances it with her love of cars, trucks and blocks). The girl is savvier on an Ipad that most grown adults and is a master manipulater of people as well. She loves dresses and bows. She hates to have dirty hands and asks to "rub them together under the water" or "i wanna wipe the hands!". I can't wait to see Libby as a big sister....although she only likes babies when Mommy ISN'T holding them. Ha!

I  had an opportunity to go to Europe at the end of April. Well, I jumped on it! I got to go with my sweet friend Kate as she and her daughter were in Scotland and Amsterdam to visit her husband while he worked. We had a great time taking the train to Edinburgh, going to on canal tour in Amsterdam, the red light district, castle tours, Van Gogh's museum, Anne Frank's house, and sampling the food. Too bad I had to bypass the wine! Here are a few pictures. I'll get some more! I missed Libby like crazy, but got to Skype with her several times. Nothing is more entertaining than a toddler showing you her world---across the sea.

A "little" update

Ok, I gave up being a good blogger a long time ago. However, here is our big news! Little Baby Baird is arriving this November! I couldn't be more excited to meet my little Thanksgiving Turkey!

(I'm a firm believer in waiting to tell....but it worked out perfect that my sister was in town and I HAD TO TELL HER!! Plus, my Mom kept giving me a hard time about my "napping"! Ha! It was a super fun night to see the shocked looks on their faces. Scott even said he wants to have a 3rd baby JUST to see Papa's open mouth again! I say, he should've brought his camera.)


 AND!! In bigger news......THIS HOUSE IS A DIAPER FREE ZONE! Libby hasn't worn a diaper in 2 weeks! No overnight diapers ever! We are soooooo proud!
