This little chicken nugget makes me laugh....she's always got a new trick up her sleeve every day...and she knows she's funny.

This year Rudolph is coming via stroller....hope he has a seatbeat....

(please excuse Libby's outfit. She did look super cute in her striped babyGap sweater, jean leggings (*jeggings* if you will) and red shiny shoes) UNTIL....the dreaded diaper leak. So, I just put her in some flannel pj bottoms to play in since the day was almost over and all we had left was dinner and a bath. I know she looks SUPER CHIC in this 'getup'. )

Wait a second!

From the minute my little one was born---she looked JUST like her Daddy. We've joked about little Scott, and i threatened to put her in scrubs with a fake goatee for Halloween since she looked nothing like me.

Well....suddenly, Miss Blue Eyes got blonde hair and started changing. I didn't think she looked MORE like me, just LESS like Scott. Turns out---I was wrong. My Dad found a bunch of photos---I'll let you look at a few. Its crazy to me how our expressions and everything are similar (in some other ones especially!). Genetics sure is a crazy, fascinating thing!

Ho Ho Ho.....Hee Hee Hee....

I'm ashamed to say, as a Mommy who likes to make her little one happy, this picture makes me giggle. Libby did exactly as I expected with Mr. Claus. In her defense, she is NOT a fan of strangers (uh...hello Jolly bearded guy in crazy hat!), and she is very skeptical of men (let's hope this lasts until at least the age of 18??!!). Libby takes some time to warm up to people and Santa did NOT make the cut. Not to mention, this is the age where she does NOT want to be held! She's on the move and ready to GO! Sorry if you didn't get your hugs in before now----maybe in few years she'll slow back down to climb in a lap---maybe next year it will be Santa's?? ha!

Although I'm very, very small.....

Dear Kind Sir,
I know we got off to a rocky start on our first introduction. Yes--you were very patient to deal with my wails and the arching of my back....the holding of my breath....the flailing of my tiny fists.

And for that, I am very sorry. Mommy said I should be 'shamed of myself! I promise to leave extra cookies for you to help "right" my wrong! Would Rudolph and his buddies like some carrots too??

I'm writing in regards to my wish list! I just wanted to let you know that there has been a modification to it!

There have been 2 new white shiny developments at my house and I no longer want my "2 front teeth" for Christmas! Maybe a nice baby doll or a PONY instead!! That would be GREAT!! Isn't that what every little girl needs? Or maybe just a toothbrush?

Thanks for the last minute change! See you at the mall next year!
